A Trip Over the Rainbow into Kansas!

I've been trying to post this for days now but the computer/blogger were not communicating together so it's later than I wanted to post. Oh well, here it is. As I mentioned in the previous post, the boys and I traveled to Kansas to see my family and we had a fun, busy week!

We saw my grandpa Lloyd Seems and had ice cream with him. Spent some nights at Poppy and Grandma Sondra's house and saw lots of cousins, aunts and uncles too!

Eight of us (1 granchild, 3 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren) traveled to Salina, KS to see Grandma Loree and Grandpa John too! Here are some pictures of our road trip:
Kieran and Caden were entertained in the 3rd seat by Brittni and her Nintendo DS

I'm glad we had this opportunity to see family and make some memories, but I was definitely ready to be back home! :-)

South Dakota Weekend

Time to play a little catch-up on the blog (again!). Chuck and I recently traveled to South Dakota for his cousin's wedding and we had a wonderful weekend together alone! My parents kept the boys for us so we were able to travel quickly, sleep more soundly and do things on OUR schedule!

On Sunday--after having breakfast with some of Chuck's family--we traveled back to Sioux Falls to spend the night and Chuck surprised me with a Suite at the Sheraton--it was Sweet!

Chuck and I returned to Omaha on Monday and then I spent the rest of the week in Kansas visiting family with the boys. And that's all I've got for now--Kieran just shut his baby brother in the bathroom--gotta go....

Toilets x 2

Kiptyn is obsessed with the toilets lately--it's as if he knows someone has left the toilet lid up and open for his enjoyment! So, I had to take one picture for the baby book:
After I took the picture and realized what Kiptyn was wearing, I remembered I had the same picture taken in the same pajama's a couple of years ago with a different little boy:

Do they look alike?
