First Day of Preschool!

Kiptyn had his 1st day of (2nd year) preschool today!! He was so ready and excited to go!

We had open house at his school on Monday night so he was able to see his classroom, meet some of his classmates and take his school supplies!

It's raining here today (yay!) so we had to take our pictures under the covered front porch.

After hanging up his jacket and backpack, he checked into his classroom, sat down and was ready for what the afternoon had in store! I know he'll do great!

Big Girl Bed!

It was a bittersweet day in our house this past weekend as we said good-bye to our crib and moved Chloe up to a toddler bed. The crib has been part of our house for over 7 years...there are lots of memories in that bed! But, we passed it onto a family that recently had a baby so we are glad to see that it is still being put to good use!

We weren't sure how this transition was going to go but it went WAY better than expected! Not only did she stay in bed and sleep through the night, but we also got rid of her pacifier that she was still using to sleep with! Yay!!

I was a bit teary eyed when Chloe went to bed that night...my last baby is growing up!

2nd Grader!

Kieran had his first day of school today as a 2nd Grader!

He was so ready for school to start!

He has a locker this year so he's pretty excited about that!

He's been a big helper this summer at home with the little ones...I'm going to miss him!

But, I know he's going to do great as a 2nd Grader!!
