Cute Program!

The Kindergarten classes at Kieran's school held a music program a few weeks ago. It was so cute! They did an awesome job! Kieran has come along way from the shy little preschooler who would barely say a word at his first preschool program!

My camera doesn't take very good pictures from far away, but I was still able to capture the fun!

April Snow

Who would have thought that Chloe would have her first experience with snow in APRIL!!
We had cold temperatures this week, rain and then snow yesterday!

Chloe didn't make it out into the snow this winter because she was either napping when the boys went out or it was too cold.

I would say she liked it! She threw a fit when I brought her back inside!!

Kieran received a new Tom and Jerry movie from his cousins, and all 9 kids wanted to watch it at the end of the party!!

He Is Risen!

What a beautiful day it was to celebrate Easter!
We attended church with my parents, ate some lunch, played some ball in the yard (which I didn't get pictures of!) and the kids had Easter baskets that afternoon! A wonderful day with family as we are reminded of the sacrifice our Lord made on our behalf and
Hallelujah--He is Risen!!
Taking some pictures outside in the sunshine.

"Easter Saturday"

Chuck and I left Kansas City on Saturday morning and traveled across Kansas to meet up with my parents and our kids to celebrate Easter with some family.
Our meeting spot was Smith Center, KS to see my Grandpa Seems. He is recovering in a nursing home after a short stay in the hospital awhile ago. He loved showing us around his new place and the kids loved those long hallways too!

Celebrating Easter together at my brother's house. All the kids waiting for instructions on how to get those eggs!!

Chloe's getting a head start on the egg game!

The Grandkids!

Playing at the school playground on this beautiful day!

This is the playground where I used to have recess in Elementary School! Memories...

Our day ended with a quick stop to see my Great Grandma Loree at her nursing home. The boys had been here before with Grandma Shelia so Kieran knew exactly where to go and how to find Grandma Loree! Chloe was in need of sleep after a long day and short naps in the car, so she wasn't in to this picture taking business!!

Another Random Play Picture!

Goin to Kansas City...

Kansas City Here We Come...

Chuck and I had some time away from the kids to celebrate our 10 year anniversary together! When we were married for 5 years--and only had 1 kid--we went to Kansas City and stayed in this great bed and breakfast called Chateau Avalon. Well, our 10 year anniversary took us back there agin! This time we enjoyed our stay in the Colorado Frontier Room.

We had a wonderful time of shopping, dining, movie watching--and just doing whatever we wanted! My parents kept our kids for 3 days and we're so grateful for this wonderful trip together!
We'll see where our 15 year anniversary takes us.....
